If you wish to report a bug or an issue on WonderHero, or simply submit your feedback/suggestions, you can use our newly added [Support] function on our website.
1. Please submit ONCE only. 2. For the same issue, please REFRAIN from MULTIPLE submissions because this will only slow us down hence multiple submissions for the same issue will be rejected. 3. During your submission, please ensure to provide all the correct and accurate information as required. 4. MISSING, INSUFFICIENT or INCORRECT given information and unrelated submissions will NOT be considered. 5. Upon successful submission, user will see a pop-up message (refer Step 5 below) so users are advised to wait patiently and WonderHero Team will respond within 1–3 working days with the results/findings via email: support@wonderheroservice.zendesk.com so please ensure to whitelist our email in order to receive our emails in a timely manner

Locate the [Support] function on the lower right-hand corner of our official website and click it.
Please select your issue and here’s what you need to know before you select the most appropriate issue for our timely investigation.
MarketPlace-Buy: Select this if you are facing issues with your NFT buy order e.g. bought an NFT and paid USDT but did not get the NFT
MarketPlace-Sell: Select this if you are facing issues with your NFT sell order e.g. sold an NFT and NFT delivered but did not get the USDT payment
MarketPlace-Cancel Sell: Select this if you are facing issues with cancelling your NFT orders.
Account -Token Deposit: Select this if you are facing issues with WND/HON deposit e.g. you have transferred some WND/HON from your metamask wallet to your game account but it has not arrived in your game account
Account -Token Withdrawal: Select this if you are facing issues with WND/HON withdrawal e.g. you have transferred some WND/HON from your game account to your metamask wallet but it has not arrived in your metamask wallet
Account-NFT Bridge: Select this if you are facing issues when depositing NFT from BSC Chain to WonderHero Game or Swap WonderBox
Earn (Staking Matters): Select this if you cannot stake/unstake any of our staking pool, or you cannot claim your staking rewards.
Play (In-Game Matters): Select this if you are facing issues in playing the game e.g. unable to modify the weapon/equipment
Feedback/Suggestions: Select this and share your ideas so that we can improve
In this case, we use example that you have bought an NFT and USDT has been deducted but you did not receive the NFT, please select [MarketPlace-Buy]
In the [MarketPlace-Buy] landing page, please enter all the information as required by each form.
Important: It is crucial that users provide all the required information in order for us to investigate the issue that you have reported in a timely manner.
Email address: This is your registered email with WonderHero. If you are non-user, then please enter contact email.
Wallet address: This is your registered Metamask wallet with WonderHero and it should not be bind to any hardware wallet.
Transaction Hash (that is, TXID or TX Hash): This is the payment TXID of your purchase since you are reporting a MarketPlace-Buy issue in this example.
NFT ID (Optional): Provide your NFT ID if you are sure that you do not have a Transaction Hash.
Description: Write about your issue and provide as much information as possible.
Attachments: It is best recommended that you should provide video/screenshots for us to better understand your issue.
Click [Send] once you have entered all the required information. Please ensure to check that all information are accurate and correct.
User will see this pop-up message after successful submission, and this message meant to inform that our WonderHero Team will respond in 1–3 working days.
